JOURNEY TO JUSTIFICIABLE OUTCOMES FOR OUR USERS
We look at justice as the outcome of the processes people with legal problems go through. We have divided this process into a number of stages that we feel reflect the states the people who reach out to us are in over time with their legal problem. This process is as reflected below.
- 1. State of ignorance (not knowing the law or the nature of the legal problem they are facing)
- 2. Basic legal knowledge
- 3. Preparing to act
- 4. Acting
- 5. Post-acting
- 6. Resolved
- 7. The average position our users are in at the point of joining us.
Our Goal: To Serve 50 million people across Africa with Legal information
“Impact is the positive change that occurs in the lives of our users after receiving and utilising the information and guidance that Barefoot Law provides them and their communities. We prioritise the most vulnerable communities when providing our services.”
